I have a report built on an Access query.  I can not get the report to refresh.  I think the problem might have started when a coworker and I were both varyfing the data in the report and simultaniously changing tables that the query and report are built on.

Is it possible to "break" a report in this way and if so how to fix?

Have you checked that you don't have Save Data With Report turned on? This is found under File > Report Options.

Oh yeah - also try doing a Verify Database to make sure that CR is synched with the new table structures.

Hi, i am having the same  kind of  trouble here.
But instead of Acces i am using XML sheets.
The save data with report is unchecked.
As i refresh the report after i've made change on the xml sheet it wont take the new data and keeps the one used as i made the report.
Is there a way to refresh the data used in a report made from xml ?
any help would be appreciated.
Be realistic, demand the impossible.

I had the same problem when i generted reports using XML.
I passed selection formula at run time 
I got the reports refreshed

You will almost definitely need to use the Verify Database option after changing the data source structure.  You may also need to use the Set Data Location option to refresh the actual source.
