Here is my issue,  I have a report that has three sub-reports.  The first sub-report is in the main report report header section.  It's purpose is to read a one record control file that is not related to the files in the main report and retrieve a year.  This year is then used as a selection criteria in the main report and passed as a parameter to the two sub-reports that are located in the report footer section of the main report.

 

Now if there is no data fitting the selection criteria in the main report my two sub-reports in the report footer are not being executed.  The preview shows the two report footer sections RFa and RFb but you have double click where the sub-report should be to get the sub-report to display.

 

I need these to always be executed reguardless of the results of the main report.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
