Hi,
I am relatively new to Crystal Reports so any help would be appreciated. I have a report that I need to add one piece of information from another database that is part of my current connection. When I add the required field to my report and do a print preview, only some of the records appear. When I take this field out, all of the records appear. Is this a problem with the links or do you think it is something else? All of the links have been auto-linked so if it is a link issue, do you have any suggestions as to how to identify what I need to link manually?

The auto-link option generally creates inner joins between the tables. With an inner join the report will only show the data that occurs in both tables. This could be the reason why you are seeing a subset of the data.
Explore whether the use of a right or left outter join will solve the problem. You can change join types by clicking on the lines which connects tables on the links tab of the database expert.
