Good Morning All,
I am trying to extract a percentage of data from my report i am currently using Crystal 11.0.0.1282. I want to extract 20% of the data on a tickets closed report for the month of January.

You can't directly extract data from a report. Nor can you export random records from a report. You can export (say to Excel) either the whole report or a page range from the report.
