Not sure what happened but for every string in my report I received multiple listings of the same one for each string? So instead of having 3 pages I have 77, can anyone advise how to return to one entry per string?

Hi

There are two ways of looking into this :

1. Check your table joins.  Try to change the type of join and see how you are getting records.

2. Insert a group on that string and move all you detail section fields to Group Footer and suppress detail.
