If you want to expand the size of the report so that you can fit more fields on it, go to the File menu and select Page Setup.  You should see a range of paper sizes that are available along with "user defined" where you can set the size of the page to something other than a standard paper size.  If you do this you'll also want to turn on two things by checking the checkboxes:
