I am running Crystal Reports 8 and I had several users start to run some massive reports that the server cannot handle. Does anyone know of a way to delete the pending jobs? I have tried a variety of things including stopping and starting the services and removing\adding the job server.

Er, are you trying to stop it on the reports server, or in the database? If it's in the database, you should be able to just kill the job. Look up "kill" in your database's documentation.
