Hi

I've created a report which I have attached below. I have a basic report that can return 3 values or be blank but for some reason i have 5 columns of results (2 for blanks). Does anyone have an idea why?

     Total               LEAD     SUPP     TEACH
Total     117     1     2     2     76     36
20-29     16     1     1     0     11     3
30-39     32     0     0     0     12     20
40-49     28     0     0     2     20     6
50-59     37     0     0     0     31     6
60+     4     0     1     0     2     1

Thanks

Check your report design. whether you have suppressed  any field based on some condition..
If possible attach your report to this thread, so that i will check the issue.

HI

I think you are creating a crosstab report, crosstab report will display all column names which are exist in table.

Try to use the following filter condition in Report--Record Selection Formulas--Record

{fieldName} in ('LEAD','SUPP','TECH')

This will eliminate other two values.
Thanks,
