Running SAP Business One thru Citrix Receiver.

I created a report imported thru Report & Layout Manager, when I ran the report and tried to export it to excel I'm getting this error "attempted to read and write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt".

I am only getting this error when exporting to "Microsoft Excel(97-2003)(*.xls)"

Anybody know how to resolve this?
