Hi - I have a main report that it got 4 detail sections in it, within section 2, there are two sureports that been called to get data from.

The problem is when you review the report, it gives you muti copies, instead of 1 copy of the report.

I am not sure what causes that? I have screen prints of the report but don't know how to attach the file here. Please let me know how to do it.

Thanks.

Double-check the links between the subreports and the main report.

With the way you have it set up, you should be getting one copy of each subreport for each record in your report.  Is this what you want?  If not, you need to move it to a header or footer section.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your reply, you were absolutly right. It was the link that was not set correctly. The second subreport was linked to the first subreport than the main report.

THANKS AGAIN.
