    Posted: 22 Apr 2014 at 12:23pm
I set up a Crystal report to run a barcode from Azalea software to test it. not knowing I needed to have Crystal on a machine to use it I sent it to another person to test. It did not work because it did not see the Azalea .dll that was needed.
So I went back in to the reports file and just deleted my file with the barcode and renamed to original file with the original name.
The problem is E automate will not print the crystal report and the error is saying that the .dll is not there even though the report I renamed never had the barcode in it that would call for it. I have tried putting in a new report but to no avail it keeps looking for that .dll.
Has anyone seen this It is like when the I added the barcode to the report it did something to the PC for that report name only.
Any thoughts? I do not want to reinstall software.
thanks

You can just download the .dll files from here:

Sorry maybe I said it incorrectly, my pc with Crystal runs the barcodes with no issues. The problem is that I put the report on someone else's system and it came up needing the .dll they do not have crystal on their system. But that is not the problem I am having the problem is that now that the original report is back on their computer "without a barcode" their system still ask for that Azalea .dll and it should not the original report never had Azalea or any other barcode on it.
