Hi,

I'm trying to produce a report to show sales per month. We have several parts that have different names for distributors stock, I'm looking to pull these into the same report if possible. I'm currently using the below without any joy:

{delv.dedate} in {?SDATE} to {?FDATE} and
{delvitems.dpart} like {?PART} or replace(Replace({delvitems.ddesc}, "FEC", ""),"RS", "") = {?PART}

For example if our part is called HORNET-S3 under column part I would like to see that plus it's disti part RS672-8754 which is also under the column part with the description HORNET-S3, this found in the description column hence the above formula.

Is this possible, currently showing in a subreport but no good for charting.

Many thanks

Adam

Hi Adam,

May be I am confused, you said PART / DESCRIPTION and you are showing HORNET-S3 under part also under description again you are saying RS672-8754 under part.

can u give your table structure with sample data to understand better.

Part -- Description
xxx  --  nuts and bolts
