I want to adjust the space between the records in CR 8.5.

How can i do this ??

You should be able to adjust the size of the details section.  It has been a while since I used 8.5, but that is what I recall.

You say adjust size manually.. my question was automatically sizing records....

In my program user can add records..
so it was user choice...
For example
when 2 records in the section i want the space between the records very high.
When 10 records in the section i want the space between
the records very low.

How can i do this???

in theory you can add multiple detail sections, size them accordingly and then conditionally suppress each one based on the the value added by the user (number of records)
