yes we did it like tat only.but the problem is the info is not alligned to the particular cells as follows..plzzzzzzzzzz help me

In the  sub menu of  "Export" option there is one more option  "Report Export Options". By using the opiton you can change the alignments. If you want to columns to be created based on the objects in page header then in the "column width based on the objects in the"  select page header, if you want the columns accordingly to based on the details then select details. Based on these settings the report will be exported to excel. There also other settings which you can do  here.
