Dear all,
I have report as below :
Num. Name Dept status
1 Willian ACC 1
2. Sony PDP 2
3. Joe BBB 1
4. Bertha TTT 1
I want to make selecton of Dept which is like a parameter if the parameter choose ACC the only ACC will displayed , if there are to parameter between ACC and PDP then ACC and PDP only will appear..but if I don't choose any of it the data will be show all ..
does any one can help?

Normally when I want to choose one or more items in a parameter. I just set it up to allow multiple items. You also can set it up to choose all items. Easier to do with newer versions of Crystal and if have a list of values in the parameter.
