In CR XI, some of our customers have lost the PDF option when trying to export a report to pdf. Has anyone seen this and have a solution? The other export options are in the drop down list, just not PDF. This is happening on Windows 7 environments with our customers running our reports in run time mode.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to ask for additional details.

Yes. Acrobat reader is installed. We have checked and all necessary reader dll's are there as well as the export dll's for Crystal. We have this issue only at 2 customer sites. Our other customers are not having this issue, running the same version of CR and Windows 7.
