Hello,
I have a parameter in my report to filter the report by state. How do I make it so that the user can skip this parameter and get all the states? I am not sure how to get the select expert to pull up all the records when the user leaves the parameter blank or when I have the user type in ALL

Two possibilities depending on your Crystal Report version. One, you can make the parameter optional. Two you can all the word All to parameter list (provided it is a static list) and there are various ways to utilize the 'wildcard' to select everything.
