I am in need of a way to display all calls with a specific Assignee, but I also need to see all other assignees that have worked on the call.

My record selection is limited to the Assignee in order to get the right service group (EIF) but in my report I want to see every technician and other service groups (i.e. Image Request) that has an assignment on the call but will not display other assignees.
My report groups calls by month, then by week and displays total amount of time spent on those calls that week. In my drill down - it displays the call # along with the total time spent on that call. What I also need to see are all the assignments and how much time each assignee spent on the call.
Basically on the drill down - I want to see
EIF -- X minutes
Joe Smith -- X minutes
Image Request -- X minutes
Sally Jones -- X minutes

Where I am struggling is limiting my selection formulas to display all assignments that contain 'EIF' + any other assignees but not include those that do not include 'EIF' - I'm thinking it should be simple but I'm missing something in order to make this happen. The only way for me to gather if the call was assigned to 'EIF' is via the Assignee field.

Basically include calls with 'A' or 'A' & 'B' but not 'B'.

Thanks in advance
Kevin

please explain your data set a little more.
is " 'A' or 'A' & 'B' but not 'B'. " related to one field a several rows for a group.
I think you are referring to several rows for a group. If so you can use group select criteria to include/exclude entire groups based on summarized criteria.

Hi DBlank,
I ended up building a sub report to achieve what I needed in the drill down. What I was trying to get on the main report might not be possible now that I see the results. Basically when we log tickets we have Service Groups that techs are assigned to daily on a rotation so when someone works on a ticket they may or may not be working on that ticket in the same capacity each day. They could be working on it as a front line tech, logging time to the call and also in another service group as well for instance Imaging. The problem I was having on the main report was it was display all of the time spent on the ticket but would not let me break it down by tech or Service Group. My selection formula has to be specific enough to capture the main service group I am looking for, that formula was preventing me from displaying all of the assignments for the call - time calculations were correct but I was unable to see who did the work. I was able to do that in a sub report - it's still not 100% what I would like to see but it is close enough at this point. I don't think our Service DB has a field that will specifically allow me to get exactly what I want.   Mgmt wants a report that says Imaging Calls take X time, including detail but because Imaging can also be required in other types of calls, I don't have a specific field to use to determine the type of call as the reason for the call.

Thanks
Kevin
