When I create a (Item Code)parameter field to lookup values from a table that has about 300 records in it not able to display all the data in the table. It allow for 5 pages of selectable data and then stops. If I need to get the option to select any one of the 300 item codes, how would I change the Parameter filed to allow for this?
or
Do I need to do something else?

I know that there are limitations for a parameter field.  I think Crystal Reports 2011 is up to 1000 entries.  It is less with older versions.  I have heard that there is a registry entry that can be changed to allow more entries.  I do not recall what the name of the entry is.

I am running 2011 version, and when I setup a new parameter field, I select Dynamic, value is Item Code. When it prompts me to Enter Values, the "item code" used to run the report I see that it has 5 pages of item codes, however it does not display all the item codes.

I googled "crystal reports 2011 dynamic parameter limit" and several articles came up about the issue.  You should be able to see 1000 entries, I do not know why you cannot.

I see what you are referring to and Wayne is a Sage analyst. I would think he would be correct. I going to keep trying to understand that is my situation...
