From the version number you posted, it looks like you have Crystal 2013 SP7. Is that correct?
Does the report open in Crystal 9? If so, do you have a copy of Crystal XI or 2008 that you could try opening it in? If not, you could email it to me and I could try it in a couple of the earlier versions. You can get my email address on the bottom-right of my
