Hi CR Experts

Is it possible to return multiple values in a sub report from the detailed section of the main report.  I have a report which looks something like the below.  I need to be able to set a parameter to return multiple values from the main report.  I have linked the fields no problems and cheeked the allow multiple values check box in the sub report parameter but the report only return the last record.

Many Thanks

Chris :-)

main report parameter assembly 1

assembly  component  component type  sub assembly
1 1 1
1 2 1
1 3 1
1 4 1
1 5 2 5
1 6 2 6

sub report needs to return sub assembly 5 & 6

assembly  component  component type  sub assembly
5 1 1
5 2 1
5 3 1

assembly  component  component type  sub assembly
6 1 1
6 2 1
6 3 1

Sorry found the answer to this.

The sub report needs to be in the detailed section on the main report.  If it is in the footer section it will only return the last record and therefore only filter by the last record in the sub report parameter field.
