Hi, in my template I have stock code, description etc and want to add the Approved Manufacturers part code to the same detailed line. I have been advised that I could use overlay but am unsure how to do this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Juliette

is this a 1:many issue where there are possibly more than 1 approved part codes to 1 stock code?
If that is the case do you wan a concatenated string? or a min or max value? or something else?

Hi this would be 1:many but all I want it to display the manufacturers part code on the same line. It could be mixtures of numbers and text. I have tried just to place the field in the the detail section and it doesn't appear. When a PO is raised the manufacturers part code is selected which is connected to our stock code.

If it 'doesn't appear' then it is not part of the data that is pulled for your report and you likely have an issue in your data selection process. Likely a join issue or a select criteria formula issue.

Ok thanks, it looks like i will have to add an sql command to try and pull in the data. Apparently this is happening because of the way the xml is produced.
