Hi

Is it possible in crystal to set a formula to a filed such as   = < 1 then 2 decimal places or if  1 >  then 5 decimal places.

If it truly a number or currency value, they probably yes.  If you right click the field, chose Format Field, Click on Number, Customize,  You can do a formula for the number of decimals.  But unfortunately I do not recall how to set the number of decimal places in a formula.  I will try to look it up when I get a chance.
