I have two columns in my report. Column one is 'CONTRACTNUM', column two is 'ACTIVE'. Column two is either 'yes' or 'no'. I'd like to highlight all references listed under 'CONTRACTNUM' in crGreen if 'ACTIVE' is 'Yes'.

Also, do I actually need the 'ACTIVE' (column two) in my report, or can it remain in a table in the Field Explorer?

Any suggestion? Thanks in advance for your time and expertise!

This was easier than I expected, and I did figure this one out on my own.

I created a new formatting formula with the following:
If {Sheet1_.Active} = 'yes' then color(0,255,0) Else crNoColor
