Hi all

I have written a report that summarises the "answers" to a set of questions using a pivot table for an individual person.  This all works very well -   I have done this by creating a "group" based on the unique ID of a
person.

The problem is this is used to create a form - which my end user runs by typing in the ID of the person (in a parameter field) - trouble is they may want to specify several IDs to print in one go and although I have set the report to allow multiple values the grouping does not allow this and only prints off the first record.

Is there a way to add the pivot table to the "detail" section so that we can generate several forms at once?

Given that Crystal doesn't actually support pivot tables, per se, I am guessing you are talking about a cross-tab?

In that case, no, you cannot move the cross-tab to a details section.  It wouldn't make sense, anyway, as the details section is only one record.  However, all is not lost!  You can simply create a higher-level group above your cross-tab.  This will allow you to generate separate cross-tabs for multiple IDs.
