Hi,

On completion of a report I want to run a Stored Procedure.  Is this possible from within Crystal Report.  Is there anyway of setting a reference to ADO etc from within the Basic code

Thanks
Mark

You can't set a reference to ADO from CR, but you can have a subreport that uses the stored procedure and put that subreport at the end of the report. You also need to have the subreport return a dummy value or b/c CR won't call a stored procedure if no data is returned.

I give a complete example of how to have Crystal Reports update a database using a stored procedure in Tutorial 11-1 of my Encyclopedia book. You can find out more about my books at Amazon.com or reading the Crystal Reports eBooks online.
