Hello everyone, I'm new on this forum... so, i'm saying hello and asking my first question.

I have a details section on one of my reports(crystal 10) that is printing off double spaced, but i have checked and the line spacing equals 1.  it's a bit strange b/c when i go do a print preview(from MS Dynamics 7.0) on my computer (windows 7)... it's single spaced.   but, when the AP supervisor does it on her computer(XP)... it's double spaced.     I have checked all the fields in this section for suppression statements and none of them have any...

anyone have an idea of where to get this corrected?

thanks,

it's possible printer issue..

work around...
have you try to print the report from your computer to his/her printer?
you get the same result as what they print or not?
OR
can you print the report from his/her computer to your printer?
