Hi, I have a problem with duplex printing. Our printer supports duplex printing. When I print a document from Windows7, the printer prints on both sides of the page - that is correct, but when printing from our information system (information system used CR11 to display reports), the printer prints the document on a separate page - so it is not duplex.

How can I solve this problem? something has to be set in the report design?

Thanks

to the best of my knowledge, duplex printing is a function of the driver or printer.  The application says here is the data, and here is how it should be printed.  If it is working in the Windows7, then the application is sending the comands...it's up to the printer to get it right after that.

if I open print preview in information system through crystalruntime and then print the report, the duplex is working properly (print on both sides of the sheet), but if I print directly (without print preview), the duplex does not work. Print two pages on two sheets ...

I don't know about your setup, but everytime I view a report, it resets my printer settings, so I would always need to go to and set the duplexing option.
