Hello,
 
I'm new to Crystal Reports XI.  I'm designing a report that should ask 4 parameters in tabular column.  The user may enter values in any one column or a single row.
 
Example :- Parameter columns userid, username, county, state in a Tabular format.  The user can enter userids as many as he wants in the  userid column.  Similarly with other columns. (OR)
The user may enter values in a row(userid or username or county or state) and hit the "OK" button to run the report.
 
Please help me how to do this.

The only way I know of to do this is to write an application where the user can enter the parameters.  The application will then set the parameters on the report and run it.

Thanks for the reply.  I have Business Object designer, how to design application using it.  I'm new to Business Object Designer.

I do have another question.  I created some reports and they will be used in company's intranet.  What is the procedure for implementing the designed reports.
 
Any help greatly appreciated.

The answer to both of your questions requires code.  If you go to http://diamond.businessobjects.com/developer/library and select the version that you're using (XI, XI R2 or XI R2 with SP2) and then click on "Viewers SDK" if you're using Java or classic ASP or "Crystal Reports .NET SDK" if you're using .NET, you'll find sample programs and tutorials.  Also, if you're using the .NET SDK, you can get some free chapters from Brian Bischoff's book Crystal Reports .NET Programming by clicking on the 'Free eBook" link at the top of your screen.
