I have a survey database with a question and one of the answers is 'other' and I need to display all 'other' fields in 1 output.

Example:

#4 - rate us
    A - good
    B - poor
C - other (you can type what you want in this field.)

Report shows (out of 40 reponses):
    #4 - rate us
      A - Good  30
      B - Poor   10
      C - Other:  anwer1, answer2, answer3, answer4

** I need all the "c" in one field.
Thanks,
Jenn

you can make a group for each of them.

Group1: for all 'A', put the Total for G1 in the line and hide the detail
Group2: for all 'B', put the Total for G2 in the line and hide the detail
Group3: for all 'C' and let the detail printed out

hope it help.
