Crystal Reports Retrieving Data

   Dear Expert,
Please advise me if there are certain limitations and restrictions in Crystal Report in parameters in retriving data?

I used both dynamic and statis for this parameter, but both have same result.

Because I have hundreds of suppliers and may database i used started 2005 - to date.

For list of supplier (parameter) - it only shows starting with 1 to C, while rest does not showed in the list.

for the date (parameter) - it only shows from 1-1-2005 until 20-5-2008. also the rest does not showed 

i should retrieve all the transactions from 2005 - to date.  so that the user can select from which date to what date.

Please help me.
