Hi Pritam,
You can't dynamically add columns to a report using CR XI Professional. It doesn't have the capability. However, you can do it using the Developer edition and using a programming language like .NET or Java.

That's great then. However, I don't know anything about Java. The BOBJ support site has tons of Java downloads though. You can probably find lots of info there.
