Can Crystal Report Auto print the report at fix time?(Like 8AM every day)

This can't be done through Crystal itself, but you do have a couple of options.

1.  Purchase Crystal Reports Server.  This gives you functionality for scheduling reports to run at specific times and print or export to various formats.
 
2.  Purchase a third-party tool.  There's a good list of what's available here: www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html
 
3.  Write a program to do this using the SDK and schedule it to run through the Windows Scheduler.
