I have few users at branch. The report can be viewed in the screen but when user click print new screen pop up empty. The crystal report print control seems to be not working because it just hanging there with empty screen.

It does not prompt next screen asking user to choose which printer.

The rest of the user don't have this problem.

Pls advice where to check.
