I have a report with a string field called ClientFieldData.It has the following values 1TRAN006-0004100-2010C,1TRAN006-0004100-2010Y etc. My requirement is if the report has 2 similar records meaning

1TRAN006-004100-2010C

1TRAN006-004100-2010Y then Y takes precedence over C and  the row

1TRAN006-004100-2010C should be removed or suppressed. How to acheive this. I have created a right formula and tried the previous function but it does not allow me to use the previous. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
