Hi,

Here is the prompt I am getting on every report, everytime a user wants to run the report. All the users enter in the same user name and password. It would be nice to make it go away. Here is a screen.

Is there any way to make this go away?

Not sure if this will help

I use Crystal Reports Publishing wizard

When you get to the end (after "Specify Keep Saved Data")
Select the option to "Review or Modify properties"

Select "Next"

The next dialogue box is "Specify Database Credentials"

click on the plus to expand and your database should be listed

Highlight the database name and enter the login details to access and run the report

Continue on through the wizard and all should work ok - just make sure that you select the correct options for your report in case the defaults aren't correct.

Hope this helps.Smile
