So fustrating.
All domain users can open reports on their local machines, get the data, and export to any type of document without issues.
Once in the Citrix server, the report opens fine, data is displayed, it prints fine, but if you try to export, you get a "Failed to export the report" with no error message or any indicators as to why. It can not be the install, because we've identified 2 users that the issue doesn't happen with (on the same Citrix server), but at least 15 that it does happen on. I've even copied one of the user's account to a new account, with all the same permissions, and get the error.
Please help before I take a sledge hammer to my Citrix box.
