Well, considering that the controls to display the data are completely different, how formulas are written/applied are different (not even the same language .Net vs vb6ish/crystal's own scripting), I don't see where there is a mapping.
You can look at an SSRS report and figure out how to do it in CR, but there is no automated way to accomplish it, especially since CR reports are stored in a binary format, not text like the .Net framework.
