I have crystal 11.5 with service pack 4 and when ever I create reports with the Avenir family Fonts (this is a commercial font) and try to export my report to PDF it gives me the "Failed to Export Report" Error. as soon as I change the Font type it works. How do I get this fixed since this is our font scheme for the company
