Can any body help me out with my report:
How to do Reports with Collapsible Rows and Columns in Crystal Report. I tried with Crosstab but in vain. that is I am having year say 2001 and 2002 as columns and four products as rows and their amount of sales as the summary for each column and row. On selecting + or - symbol in the year column the Quarter colum which is already collapsed in the year should be expanded. Likewise, When i click the symbol near the product, the Subcategory name should be expanded. And on clicking it again it should get collapsed.

CR doesn't have a collapsible report feature for either rows or columns. An option for collapsible rows is to use groups and hide the Details section. This lets you use the Group Tree to click on a plus sign and the detail data is displayed in a separate tab. Not exactly what you are looking for, but its the closest thing you'll get in CR.

But I am told that the collapsible reports can be achieved with the OLAP grid and Cubes. If yes means how to make the cubes and how to use it through the OLAP grid? Could anyone help me in that direction possibly with some sample reports.
