Hello,

I'm trying to design a crystal report that will have the following structure:

( Group 1 Header) Account: 001

( Group 2 Header) Dept: ABC
                            Line Totals
(Group 2 Footer )  Total ABC

        (Group 2 Header) Dept: EFG
                            Line Totals
        (Group 2 Footer) Total EFG

( Group 2 Header) Dept: HIJ
                            Line Totals
(Group 2 Footer )  Total HIJ

        Total ABC
        Total EFG
        Total HIJ

(Group Footer 1) Account 001 Total

Is there a way I can display the Group 2 Totals ( highlighted in red) in the mentioned way, just above the Group 1 footer? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you could use a subreport

you could try shared arrays (which I haven't done...the subreport is probably easier)

nothing else really comes to mind as viable.

maybe make your RED ink as group Footer 1A and insert a crosstab and move 'Account 001 Total' to Group Footer 1B

keep forgetting about that Cross-Tab in the group footer....excellent suggestion DBlank.

I don't tend to have a need for that, so I keep forgetting
