I wanted to display distinct values in page header.

e.g.

Currently I am using cross tab report to display my data..which have a1 a2 a3 a4 a5 as columns and multiple rows to create matrix.
along with grouping with other parameters in rows.

Now i want to display a1,a2,a3 etc in the page header.
Vertically aligned as

Account 1 : a1
Account 2 : a2
Account 3 : a3
Account 4 : a4

How can we do that ?
