Having been a on a 2 day training course I am according to my boss an expert on Crystal, ready to to tackle all issues! Wink
 
Not got a more complex (for me) report to tackle. Can anyone provide me with a starting point for how to write this report?
 
I'm looking to show commission acheived, based on sales person receiving 10% of each £1 acheived over the monthly target. The target is a variable amount.

create a group by salesperson id

create a formula that multiples (£1 acheived *.10)
this will show you the comissions amount
if they have a target you can create another formula that compares to the target
