hi everyone, my problem seems so simple but i cannot figure out how to solvce..any ideas?

I simply have supporters giving me a regular donation by direct debit and i wish to see a cross tab which shows the frequency with which they donate and then the amounts per month into the future. The Frequency comes from a field, the month has been calculated from the next payment due date. so this works fine for annually. however when you start to do this for monthly it only pulls the monthly amount into the first available field which is Sept 2011.

the first table is the one i want to see, the second is how it is coming out.
