	Hi, I have two database fields, one with quantities and one with unit costs, how can I display the total values per calander month for the past year, which it will update every month, always keeping the values at 1 year? Many thanks

	I would think a cross tabs style report. grouping by the month and in the report/selection formulas/record set the filter to be something like: {table.field} >= cdate(year(now)-1, month(now) ,1) HTH
