hi,in my report page header contents come even if records finished...means after dispy all records page header contents showing in next page alone , ow can i avoide this?

This usually happens when you have the New Page After property set for the Group Footer section. You want to turn this off for the last record on the report and then it won't do the blank page at the end. Put this formula in the Group Footer section (it will probably go in the New Page After property):
Not OnLastRecord
