Hi,

Please help me to design crystal report with multiple columns.


                         1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10       
Ajith                  P P A A P P P P P A
Sam                  P P P P P P P P P P
GEORGE            P P P P P P P P P A


SAMPLE LAYOUT MENTIONED ABOVE, LEFT MOST COLUMN IS FROM TABLE NAMED STAFF AND P,A FROM iDAILY TABLE, 1,2,3 ETC INDICATES DAYS FROM 1 TO 31..
i CANT INSERT SAMPLE IMAGE, THE ABOVE LAYOUT MAY NOT DISPLAYED CORRECTLY

cross tab style report would be your best bet...I think. Just have to have at least 1 record for every day of the month  Cross tab work on summary values...
 
my standard answer is to create a stored proc that returns what you want to display, then the report itself is simple as it is just displaying the data, not creating it.
