Encryption questions? I am creating a report that exports to PDF, then if you click on a link, you can get the same data exported directly through to Excel, which is another report in Business Objects View. However, I need to preprogram the link with a username and password to sign into Business objects. When you are in the PDF and you hover your mouse over the link, you can see the username and password. I have tried encrypting the password using “Cesar’s rule”, but once I do that, the link no longer works because it is passing the encrypted password as the password. Any help? Is there any way to “shut off” the hover option in PDF when you export it automatically?

Removing tool tips only helps when viewing the report in Crystal Viewer, once your convert to PDF the URL still shows up.
