Rajesh, I had similar issue while exporting to Excel. I would get blank for zero values. But when I clicked on the field, I would see that it is zero. I don't know how I can overcome this problem. In you case, I think you have to check filed length in design view so that one does not overlap others. What you see is what you get. so you have to format you report in Excel friendly way such as not leaving space between fields. Hope this helps.

It's important in Excel to make a report similar to a grid to make sure that all the fields gets formatted correctly. If things aren't lined up well, then it can be tough for CR to export to Excel and make sure overlapping fields get positioned correctly.
