I am producing a quarterly sales report and grouped all sales invoices for each account into quarterly groups.
 
I wish to format the dates showing the Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and the year in the header.
 
Is there any easy way to do this?

one way:
'Q' + totext(datepart('q',date),0,'') + ' ' + totext(date," yyyy")
